Milk Pulao


Ingredients:
                  Basmati rice – 1cup
                  Ghee – 50ml
                  Cinnamon – 3nos
                  Cardamom – 3nos
                  Cloves – 3nos
                  Brinji leaves – 2
                  Coconut milk – 1cup
                  Salt – required quantity



Method:
              Soak rice for 30 minutes.
              Heat the ghee in the pressure cooker
              Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and brinji leaves. Fry till the raw flavour goes off.
              Add rice, coconut milk 1 cup water (if required) and salt in that and stir the content
              Pressure  cook till it blows a whistle.
              Keep it on a low flame for 2 minutes.
              Serve with kuruma.
