Ingredients
· Bottle gourd
· Cumin seeds
· Chilly chopped
· Onion chopped
· Salt required quantity
· Rice flour required quantiy
Method
· Peel the bottle gourd.
· Then heat the pan with oil in that add cumin seeds, chopped chilies ,chopped onion, salt . Switch off when it comes into golden color.
· Now in a separate vessel, add rice flour, salt, bottle gourd and fried onion.
· Don’t pour water because it’s not dosa. so it must be in dough
· Take a dosa tawa, then place the flattened adai over it and toast it.
· Serve hot with colorful chutneys
