Ingredients
· Ginger
· Pepper
· Cumin seeds
· Turmeric powder
· Salt required quantity
· Garlic
· Tamarinds
· Water required quantity
Method
· Peel the ginger, cut into small pieces
· Heat oil in a pan and add ginger pieces, pepper, cumin seeds, and tamarinds. Fry for few minutes.
· After that grind in mixer. Grind the fried spices to a fine paste
· Take a vessel add the fine paste ingredients and add water, let it cook on low heat for sometime.
· Turn off the heat when oil starts floating on the top
· Now ginger kuzhambu is ready. It`s reduce our digest problems.
